Report a Claim
We will assist you in submitting your claim correctly, so it is best positioned for a successful outcome. You have a duty to promptly report your claim to your insurance carrier, so call us immediately to get started.
Address Partial Payment & Denied Claims
If your claim is underpaid, less than deductible or completely denied, do not sign a release or any documentation before calling our office. We will help you secure undisputed payments and advance payments without jeopardizing recovery for the remainer of your claimed damages.
Document your loss
Take photographs of all damages to your property, and document all damaged contents (serial numbers, model numbers, ect. are helpful). Call us to schedule a complimentary inspection of your property by one of our professional affiliates, who will prepare a loss report to ensure no damages are overlooked. Many times our inspectors find damage to roofing systems, attic spaces, and other unsuspecting areas that are often conveniently missed by the field adjusters that insurance companies send to inspect.
Prepare for Inspection
Insurance adjusters do not always have your best interests in mind, and often send field adjusters to inspections that are from out of state and do not even understand what is covered under your policy. Let our professionals review your insurance policy and attend the field adjuster’s inspection, so nothing gets missed. Do not sign anything until our office has had a chance to review.
