Mayle Gonzalez is an associate attorney who specializes in representing property owners in first-party insurance disputes including hurricane, wind storm, fire, water, theft, mold, etc.

Prior to joining Walker Felknor, Ms. Gonzalez defending insurance companies in first-party insurance disputes.  Ms. Gonzalez’s experience working for insurance companies gives her valuable knowledge when representing property owners against insurance companies.

Ms. Gonzalez earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida International University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Religious Studies and Women’s Studies.  After college, she continued her formal education by attending Barry University and obtaining a Master in Public Administration.

She later decided to pursue her law degree and attended Ave Maria School of Law.  While a full-time student, Ms. Gonzalez completed internships with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and Children’s Legal Services.  She also completed a Certified Legal Internship with the Fort Myers Public Defenders Office.
